Hello Mama. My name is Carelyn. I have been blessed with 2 precious and very active boys, Sebastian (3) and Santiago (1) and wonderful and very supportive husband Carlos. We love the outdoors, music, dancing, and food. We often have dance parties at the house. There is never a dull moment with us.

My boys are my inspiration and main motivation to follow my passion, goals, and dreams. I strive for living a healthy lifestyle to be a good role model because I want to raise them confident and healthy.

If you’ve ever felt like you just can’t win at getting it all done as a mom, you’ve found the right tribe. My name is Carelyn Torres, and here at Confident Moms Confident Kids, my goal is to help reduce the risk of eating disorders and negative body image in both my kids and yours. When we struggle with how we feel in our bodies, our kids are learning by example, so it starts with US. We teach our children how to be confident, how to love and respect their bodies and how to be healthy.

As a certified health coach, I work with the burnt out moms – just like you – to feel confident and successful so that you can pass that influence onto your child. Specifically we’ll work together on removing the overwhelm and stress around food; about what to eat and feed your family so that you can make 1 simple healthy and delicious meal at dinner for everyone that will also help to build a leaner and healthier body that you love.

I’m Sarah, a mom of two babies and a puppy. My husband, Jack, owns a baseball instruction company and encouraged me to take my 10 + years of human resources experience and start my own company.

I help small business owners be the best Chief Human Resources Officer they can be, so they can attract, motivate, and retain a high performing team. Dealing with a team is rewarding but it can also be challenging. I help you navigate the rules and challenges, so you can focus on why you started your business.

I am loving having an “outlet for me” while at the same time giving others the confidence I have received through this outstanding company.

I am a Registered Nurse turned holistic health and wellness nurse coach. I am a mom of one sweet boy, two dogs, and a fish and married to a wonderfully supportive husband who I absolutely could not be doing this without him. Both my husband and I manage our own businesses so we can be home for our son. We believe in being there for our family and living as natural and whole body approach to living as possible in this crazy thing we call life.

I have been a RN for 9 years now and I do not like what I see happening in healthcare. After my own health crisis leading me to a path of holistic healing with herbs, oils, nutrition, and mindful intentional healing I could not look back. Healthcare is in a crisis and as a nurse I am well suited to help create meaningful change in peoples lives. The current health care system is not set up for the chronic illness it is trying to manage. With my experience as an intensive care nurse plus training in the art and science of holistic nursing as well as nurse coaching I am highly qualified to help people create meaningful change in their lives with whatever they are facing. I am held accountable by the board of nursing, a code of ethics, my scope of practice, and following HIPPA guidelines to keep my clients health information protected.
Nurse coaching is a skilled, purposeful, results-oriented and structured client interaction that is provided by Registered Nurses for the purpose of promoting achievement of client goals.
As your nurse coaches, I promote and facilitate the growth, healing and wellbeing of the whole person by using coaching principles and healing modalities that integrate body-mind-emotion-spirit-environment. Nurse coaches are required to have several years of nursing education and experience as a foundation to developing their coaching skills.
Nurse coaches integrate coaching competencies into any aspect of a person life to facilitate a process of change or development that assists you to actualize your potential.
The nurse coaching process involves six simultaneously occurring steps:
Establish the relationship and assess client’s readiness for change
Identify client opportunities and issues
Assist client in establishing goals
Structure the coaching interaction
Empower clients to reach their goals
Assist clients in determining the extent to which their goals were achieved
